Ozbet User Authorization Agreement

1. Agreement Statement

This User Authorization Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User") and Ozbet ("Platform"). By logging in via auPay authorization, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

2. User Eligibility

  • You are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., 20 years old in certain regions)
  • You have full legal capacity
  • Your use complies with applicable local laws and regulations

3. auPay Authorized Login

When logging in via auPay authorization, you agree that the Platform may obtain the following information (subject to auPay’s authorization scope):
  • Public account information (nickname, avatar, unique identifier)
  • Linked contact details (phone or email, if provided)
  • Login credentials (e.g., token, OpenID)
An account will be created automatically based on your authorized information.

4. Services and User Commitments

The Platform provides account management, data records, online interactions, and other features as displayed.
  • Act honestly and in good faith; do not engage in false, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
  • Ensure compliance with local laws; you are responsible for related legal liabilities

5. Account Security & Data Protection

  • You are responsible for the security of your auPay account; the Platform is not liable for losses due to your actions
  • We take reasonable measures to protect your information and comply with privacy laws
  • We will cooperate with authorities as required by law

6. Agreement Modification and Termination

  • The Platform may modify this Agreement as needed and notify you via announcements or pop-ups
  • Continued use indicates acceptance; otherwise, cease using the services
  • Violations may result in restricted or terminated access

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing which, either party may bring the matter to the courts having jurisdiction at the Platform’s registered location.
