1. Introduction

By clicking agree or submitting an enterprise application, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Ozone Platform: The online platform operated by Ozone providing enterprise registration and related services.
  • Personal Account: A basic user account used to access Ozone platform services.
  • Enterprise User: A user who has successfully applied for enterprise status.
  • Enterprise ID: A unique identifier assigned to the user’s account upon approval.

3. Registration Eligibility

  • Enterprise users may be legally established entities or teams not yet registered with official documentation
  • Applicants must be registered Ozone users with an active personal account
  • True, accurate, and complete enterprise information is required
  • Each personal account may apply for one Enterprise ID; identity switching is supported

4. Application Process and Identity Assignment

  • Login with a personal account and complete the enterprise application form
  • Ozone verifies submitted information without requiring a business license
  • Upon approval, an Enterprise ID is attached to the existing personal account
  • Users may switch between personal and enterprise identities

5. Rights and Obligations

  • Access enterprise-specific functions and services
  • Safeguard credentials and bear responsibility for actions under both identities
  • Do not engage in illegal or unauthorized activity; Ozone may suspend or revoke permissions
  • Keep enterprise information accurate and up to date

6. Privacy Protection

Ozone protects registration and account information and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the user.

7. Amendment and Termination

  • Ozone may modify this Agreement as needed; continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Violations may result in suspended or revoked enterprise privileges
  • Users may request to revoke enterprise status; the Enterprise ID will be removed after review
